A new milk processing unit was opened in the municipality of Vushtrri, from which Shqipe Shaqiri, a processor from the village of Brusnik, benefited. After attending the professional training organized by IADK in the qualification "Milkman," she was selected for the grant that enabled the establishment of the unit.
Ms. Shqipe Shaqiri expressed her gratitude for the support and emphasized the commitment to creating quality products demanded in the market.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "Improving Employment and Income Generation Opportunities in the Rural Areas of Kosovo," supported by the German donor Brot für die Welt and implemented in cooperation with the Municipality of Vushtrri. IADK believes in the power of professional training, financial support, and cooperation as the main pillars for a brighter future in the food processing sector.
