With the purpose of advancing the professional knowledge of farmers engaged in tree cultivation and vegetables IADK has organized trainings with 4 groups of farmers from the municipalities: Vushtrri, Skenderaj, Lipjan, and Viti. A total of 60 farmers have followed a training programs on techniques for cultivating fruits and vegetables, which During the 7 days of participation in the trainings, they had the opportunity not only to to also convey in the field the practical demonstration of the most important measures agrotechnics applied during the production of fruits and vegetables.
After completion Farmers have been invited to apply for the support grant scheme in the sectors that are operating and in which they have been established in terms of professional.
This activity was organized within the framework of the project "Improving employment and income-generating opportunities in the rural areas of Kosovo," funded by the donor BfdW from Germany and co-financed by partner municipalities.
