Taking records on the farm is somewhat unsuitable for farmers. For this purpose, the organization IADK has offered theoretical training through the online platform "Zoom" so that returnees can gain knowledge about the importance of keeping records on the farm. The training was held with beneficiaries from the municipalities where the project operates (Klinë, Skënderaj, Drenas, Malishevë, and Rahovec) on the topic "Taking Records on the Farm."
A total of 16 beneficiaries from the listed municipalities participated in the trainings. Additionally, the trainings were interactive, where attendees exchanged experiences among themselves and raised issues that concern them. IADK will continue to be close to the farmers – the returnees at all times.
This training and other activities such as grant support, direct advice, and study visits were implemented within the project "Economic inclusion of repatriates through agriculture in rural areas and capacity building through professional training," funded by Deutsche Geselchaft für internationale Zsammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, mandated by the Federal Republic of Germany.
