IADK within the framework of cooperation with experts Dr. Fröhlich and Ms. Keßler from Senior Experten Service conducted study visits at Berufsschule Kempten educational institution, an institution that implements the system dual education and factories that are leaders in the production of milk. This education system enables practical work for professional training and the employment of future qualified workers for their companies.
During the visits, IADK was closely informed about the process of dual education and the importance given to the training of professional staff in qualified in various industry sectors with a focus on the dairy industry.
The study visits were conducted to various farmers in the agriculture, livestock, fruit and vegetable processing sectors, businesses which produce organic products at the University of Hohenheim.
IADK thanks her partners Mr. Rück for the hospitality warm and willingness to help develop the dual education system in Kosovo, experiences that will be applied to food producers in Kosovo.
