[NT7]] is concluding the implementation of the project "Building the Professional Capacities of Youth in the Agricultural Sector," through which, for two consecutive years, 320 young people have been trained in various sectors of agriculture and processing of agricultural products, and 36 young people/students have been supported in practical work.
On December 19 and 20, 2019, certificates were distributed to groups of young people from Gjilan, Kamenica, Peja, and Rahovec, who successfully completed training programs in various sectors of agriculture and processing of agricultural products.
The certified young people have been encouraged by the director of IADK and the directors of the municipal agricultural directorates to apply the knowledge gained from this training program on their farms or to undertake initiatives to start new businesses, since for young entrepreneurs and those who are innovative, financial support will also be found from various donors or grant support from municipalities and the government.
Next week, 3 new groups from Zubin Potok will also be certified, who have also completed training in the agricultural sector this year.
