On February 5 and 6, 2025, IADK organized an intensive training to build staff capacities in designing, monitoring, and visualizing project results. This training, led by expert Britta Schweighöfer and supported by donor Brot für die Welt (BfdW), aims to increase the efficiency and impact of IADK programs in the agricultural sector.
Through practical methods and key indicator analysis, the staff not only improved their skills in managing existing projects but also in designing new initiatives that address the needs of rural communities.
This training is part of [[NT48]'s ongoing commitment to empower professionals and create new opportunities for sustainable development in Kosovo.
