IADK distributed lactofreezers, milking machines and milk cans to farmers in the livestock sector.

In order to facilitate and improve the working conditions of farmers, on March 11, 2025, IADK signed contracts for grant support in the livestock sector with two other farmers from the Municipality of Vushtrri, with 300 L capacity lactofreezers, milking machines and milk cans. 

This support package will help farmers in collecting, storing and improving the quality of milk. In addition, beneficiaries will be offered training and direct advice from IADK experts, as well as study visits with the aim of achieving the highest possible productivity and quality, creating greater opportunities for generating income from this activity. 

This activity was carried out within the framework of the project “Improving the employment and income generation opportunities in rural areas in Kosovo”, funded by the German donor BfdW and co-financed by the Municipality of Vushtrri.
