Police Officers' Lecture for the GIGVA Group
Within the 16 days of activism, IADK organized a lecture on the prevention of domestic violence for the GIGVA group.
The main purpose of the lecture was to help and support women, giving them the opportunity to learn and better understand the mechanisms of protection from violence, as well as the legal rights they have.
The police officers present emphasized the importance of recognizing the signs of violence and responding appropriately when such cases occur. They shared with the participants information on ways to report violence, legal procedures and the protection offered by Albanian law for victims of domestic violence.
