Professional Training on Dough and Confectionery Processing by German Expert Gerhard Mettler!
IADK, in collaboration with Senior Experten Service (SES) from Germany, organized a professional training on dough and confectionery processing, led by the experienced expert Gerhard Mettler.
Gerhard Mettler, together with IADK expert Artiola Xhaka, demonstrated advanced recipes for the first time in the organization, benefiting the participants. The training was attended by representatives of the GIGVA group, as well as renowned businesses in the confectionery sector, including Dina’s Cake, ZizaSweets, Gambini, and ER Cake. Participants gained practical knowledge from the German expert, helping them improve their processes and enhance the quality of their products in the local and broader markets.
All participants – a total of 9 – were certified by IADK, and today the certificates were awarded by the Executive Director of the organization and the engaged experts. This training marks an important step in supporting local businesses and promoting the development of the confectionery sector in Kosovo.
