IADK and the Municipality of Lipjan have signed contracts with 26 beneficiaries from this region, aimed at strengthening agricultural and economic activities.

This support seeks to generate income and self-employment opportunities for the beneficiaries.The beneficiaries have received various agricultural equipment, including greenhouses, machinery, and tools for beekeeping and livestock farming.

This assistance is particularly focused on the Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian groups, as well as other minorities and marginalized communities.This collaboration is part of the project "Empowering Rural Communities through Agricultural Development," funded by the Swedish Agency for Development and International Cooperation (Sida) and represented by the Swedish Embassy in Kosovo. The project funds are managed by the Danish Refugee Council, while its implementation will be carried out by the Initiative for the Development of Agriculture in Kosovo (IADK).
