Breast cancer awareness is a mission that never stops, this battle continues, as does our commitment.
Please consider the steps you should take to prevent breast cancer:
a) Get informed about the symptoms of breast cancer;
b) Do mammograms and regular medical checks;
c) Eat Healthy;
d) Do regular physical activity;
e) Avoid Alcohol and Smoking;
f) Manage Stress and maintain ideal body weight.
This activity was carried out within the project “Empowering women, men and youth living in economically challenging rural areas, to establish sustainable livelihoods through agricultural and food processing activities” , financed by the Swiss donor FRIEDA.
