IADK has signed cooperation agreements with companies "Agrovizion Sh.P.K.", N.P. "Me Agro" and "Agrounion Sh.P.K.". These agreements aim to involve communities in seasonal engagement, provide training for participants and train company suppliers, thus empowering rural communities in Kosovo.One of the main goals of the association is to identify and support Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian, minority and marginalized groups. These groups will benefit from seasonal engagement opportunities and specialized training that will be offered through this project.This cooperation is realized in the framework of the project "Empowering Rural Communities through Agricultural Development", funded by the Swedish Agency for Development and International Cooperation (Sida) and funded by the Swedish Embassy in Kosovo. Project funds are managed by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), while they are realized by the Initiative for the Development of Agriculture in Kosovo (IADK).
