IADK, with trainers trained in MCR (Managing Climate Resilience) by German Sparkassenstiftung in Albania, successfully organized a three-day training for our dedicated farmers. This training uses innovative business simulations to enhance the resilience of small-scale farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs.

Our primary goal?

To empower farmers to effectively adapt to climate change, access crucial financing opportunities, and ultimately improve their overall quality of life.
