On 05.10.2023 in Gjinoc of Suhareka, IADK in collaboration with the Walnut and Hazelnut Cultivators Association realized "Nuts Day".

The Initiative for Agricultural Development of Kosovo (IADK) is implementing the project "Strengthening the value chain through skills development programme" funded by GIZ. The participation in this event was big. Farmers were the main pillar of this event. In addition to the large number of participants present, there were also the representatives of the German Embassy, Mrs. Vera Bauman, the representative of the GIZ association, Mr. Valmir Xhemaijli, the mayor of the Municipality of Suhareka, Mr. Bali Muharremaj, representatives of various associations, as well as farmers from countries different in Kosovo. During this event, the main theme was the support and empowerment of the farmer with knowledge of walnut cultivation. We thank all the participants who showed interest and were present at this event.
