After successful completion of a five (5) days training on soft skills, students got certified and possess the knowledge required for competing in today's labor market.

The students are now competent in compiling a professional CV, where they possess the basic knowledge of marketing, managing and effective communication.

In order to gain practical work experience, these young people graduated in agricultural sciences and food technology will be engaged in internships over a period of 3 months in various companies or institutions, related to their field of studies.

This activity was implemented within the project "Improving employment and income generation opportunities in rural areas of Kosovo", a three-year project (2020-2022), funded by Donor Bread for the World (BfdW) from Germany.
