The milk processing unit at IADK is supported by milk processing equipment from the German company ALPMA Alpenland Maschinenbau GmbH. The whole activity was derived from the cooperation with the expert from the organization Senior Expert Service Dr. phil. Josef Fröhlich, who after the visit to IADK, made possible that the company ALPMA Alpenland Maschinenbau GmbH support the organization IADK with equipment for the preparation of cheeses, in order for the candidates who attend the trainings in the "Dairy” program to have better conditions during practical work in the teaching process.
