IADK Enhances the “Dairy Worker” Training through Practical Learning and German Expertise

Within the framework of the service contract “Providers of Short-Term Training Courses,” IADK has continued the implementation of the “Dairy” qualification training, advancing the existing program through the engagement of international expertise and an increased focus on practical learning. 🥛🧀

Following the completion of earlier modules delivered by IADK trainers, this training cycle was further enriched by the contribution of German dairy processing expert Josef Franz-Xaver Froelich. During the period 19–21 January 2026, the expert worked directly with the same group of participants, focusing on the practical production of Camembert cheese and soft butter-type cheese (soft cheese). 👨🔬🏭

IADK will continue the implementation of this training in the upcoming phases, ensuring professional continuity and sustainable development of human capacities in the dairy processing sector in Kosovo. 📈

This activity is carried out within the “Skills for Sustainable Jobs in Kosovo” project, funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, and LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency.
