After successfully completing professional training in the pastry sector at the IADK center and being certified by AKK, participant Mrs. Valbona Krasniqi has been supported with the establishment of the processing unit “Rina Dessert.”

Present at the opening ceremony were Mr. Zenel Bunjaku – Executive Director of IADK, Mr. Diamant Bytyçi – Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Lipjan, Mr. Rexhep Rexhepi – Director of Agriculture, and Mrs. Hyra Shabani Bytyçi – Chairwoman of the Women’s Group. We also had the honor of hosting Mrs. Lea Breitner – Donor of the FRIEDA project, and Mrs. Antigona Dajakaj – Project Coordinator.

Valbona expressed her deep gratitude to IADK, the municipality, and the donors who supported her on this journey, emphasizing that the opening of "Rina Dessert" represents a great opportunity for her professional and economic development.

This activity was carried out within the framework of the project: “Empowering women, men and youth living in economically challenging rural areas, to establish sustainable livelihoods through agricultural and food processing activities”  financed by the Swiss donor FRIEDA.
