IADK certifies candidates in the food processing sector – pastry module
On 24.07.2025, the certification ceremony of candidates from the municipality of Lipjan was held to evaluate the achievement of 14 candidates who successfully completed the training in the pastry program module.
Upon fulfilling the professional training requirements in accordance with the programs validated by the National Qualifications Authority (NQA) and passing the assessment tests, the candidates were awarded Level III qualifications according to the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) with 6 credits each.
The certificates were presented by Mr. Zenel Bunjaku, Executive Director of IADK, together with Mr. Rexhep Rexhepi, Director of Agriculture in the Municipality of Lipjan and the trainer responsible for the modules in this sector, Ms. Artiola Xhaka, as well as the project members. These candidates were also supported with essential equipment (small grants) for the processing of bakery products 🧁.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project “Empowering women, men and youth living in economically challenging rural areas, to establish sustainable livelihoods through agricultural and food processing activities” supported by the Swiss donor FRIEDA.
