IADK organized the second meeting of the Steering Committee with the aim of evaluating the progress made so far in the project and further coordinating efforts among the involved parties. This meeting served as an important platform for exchanging information, analyzing achieved results, and discussing the next steps for the successful implementation of the project.
The meeting was attended by representatives from the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), representatives from the municipalities of Leposaviq, Obiliq, and Graçanica, as well as private sector partners Agrovizion LLC and Agrovin LLC, companies with which IADK collaborates within the framework of the project.
During the meeting, a detailed report was presented on the results achieved to date, including:
• The analysis of the two phases of implementation
• Achievements and challenges encountered
Participants also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the planned activities for the remaining period until the project’s completion. The discussion of these activities contributed to aligning future actions and further strengthening cooperation among all involved partners.
This meeting marked an important step toward the successful and well-coordinated implementation of the project in the field.
